All prospective faculty members must present verified educational credentials from recognized institutions such as Al-Azhar University, Wifaqul Madaris, or certified Qira'at institutes, accompanied by authentic Sanad chains.
2. Recitation & Tajweed Practical Audition
Candidates recite before our senior academic board. Every nuance of Makharij, Sifaat, and Ahkam al-Tajweed is scrutinized to ensure flawless auditory modeling for students.
3. Child Psychology & Online Pedagogy Examination
Proficiency in Arabic or Quran memorization alone does not make an inspiring teacher. Candidates are tested on their patience, positive reinforcement techniques, English fluency, and digital classroom engagement.
